The new waterproof and insanely thin NEC MEDIAS N-06C will be available within the next 6 weeks or so and offers a 7.9mm thick form factor with a 4-inch screen. The LCD display resolution is 854 x 480. The MEDIAS series smartphones have certainly evolved since the 04C predecessor as it now does away with physical buttons in favor of touch capacitive ones. The CPU is the a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor with 1GB of ROM and 512MB of RAM. Theres also a 5MP camera, MicroSD / MicroSDHC expansion slot, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
