A Chinese website has had an up-close first look at Alienware’s newest M14x Gaming Notebook and we now have the specs to share with you. The entry level edition now sports the Intel Sandy Bridge Core i3-2310M CPU. As expected it comes packed full of horsepower so your gaming needs will never be left wanting. With a 14-inch display at 1366 x 768, backlit keyboard and a unique chassis design its sure to grab some attention. Higher spec CPU options such as the Core i7-2820QM offer ample performance.  The GPU is the GeForce GT 555M with 3 GB of GDDR5 memory. Among the other stand our features include an optional higher res display at 1920 x 1080, LTE or WiMAX and a SiBeam WirelessHD card. RAM starts at 4GB, hard drive is 750GB with solid state options available.

Other I/O features include WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI-out, 8-Cell Battery, optical drive and Klipsch speakers in the front for phenomenal sound experience from a machine this small. Pricing details are expected in the coming weeks. Once again Alienware’s M series gaming notebooks continue to impress and delight in terms of design and specifications. For such a neat form factor and generous hardware options this is one mobile gaming device that cannot be ignored.
