GoPro has announced another portable camera designed for adventurous types, which will aimed at those on a budget. The new GoPro Hero+.
It’s priced at $199 and sports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. There’ no touchscreen this time however, something had to give in the price drop.
Having wireless connectivity lets the user control the Hero+ from their smartphone in order to frame shots and share videos directly to their social media. The rest of the specs are largely the same as the Hero+ LCD, offering 1080p video recording at 60 frames per second.
The Hero+ is due to begin selling for $199 on October 4th.
